We love Icy Bubbles and have been going for their rolled ice cream since they first opened in Moline in like 2019. Can't speak on their other items but their rolled ice cream is delicious and reasonably priced for what you get. My favorite is the brownie delight and I get it just about every time. Most of the staff have always been friendly. I don't think we've ever dealt with anyone rude. I wish that they had space to eat it outside in the warmer seasons but otherwise no complaints.

Icy Bubbles was a surprisingly nice treat - and walking distance from Quad City Tennis! - for the kids after their tournament. Super cute ambience, friendly service, and yummy rolled ice cream. On two separate days, we ordered Sealed with a Kiss, Monkey Business, Brownie Delight, By the Campfire, and you can even customize your own order with your choice of ice cream, base flavors, and various toppings to choose from. Will definitely come back to try more when we're back in town.

My favorite is the Okinawa milk tea with brown jellies. The selection is extremely vast and the workers are extremely helpful. You can make your Boba exactly how you like it.

Excellent service. We were treated with genuine kindness and enthusiasm which is great. It was memorizing watching them make our rolled ice cream! The mint chocolate choice was amazing. Bubble tea was also wonderful. Looking forward to visiting again. Wish I hadn't waited so long to stop in!

We love to watch them make the rolled ice cream. The flavors and choices are sweet and fun. My favorite so far is gone bananas, sealed with a kiss, and rise and shine. Overall, this place is a must try.

The ice cream is very flavorful. Place was packed but clean. Upbeat atmosphere and music. Staff was friendly. Will visit again! He had a cookie monster and I had the mint selection.

Love, love, LOVE Icy Bubbles! Many different types of businesses serve Bubble Tea in the area but Icy Bubbles is above and beyond all the best. Everything is always made quickly and accurately every time! The staff are always very professional! I love the lay out and color scheme of both locations. The seating is plenty for the small layout. The kids love how they can watch the ice cream being made. This place reminds us of the great bubble teas back in our hometown of Seattle!
